We went through the drive thru and ordered a small shake and a "free" mini blizzard (because we downloaded the DQ app). The guy gave us our total, but we didn't pay attention. We got to the window and about 7 minutes later, the guy comes to the window and sorry, I had to remake all of your blizzards because I dropped them, but your total is $11 (and some change).
WHAT? I ordered a small shake and a "free" mini blizzard, not "three". "Oh..." he says. So then, he turns the mini blizzard upside down and it was coming out of the cup! So he had to remake it AGAIN. We paid our $2 and change and left.
I believe in giving people chances, but I hope DQ isn't losing money over this guy.
